Apart from being packed with varied visual treats, you will be filled in by your authorized elite tour assistant with tributary anecdotes, context and history of individual attractions and little tidbits pertaining to the different locations in your itinerary.
You begin your tour with the Al Fahidi Fort which is famed as the oldest building still in functioning condition with the Dubai Museum, an old Mosque and a former ruler’s court within its compound. The tour continues on to the Gold Souks famous for the large collection of gold jewelry on display. As you move along the Jumeirah Road, the eye twinkling Jumeirah Mosque greets the inquisitive tourist eyes. Here the world's largest hotel on an artificial island, Burj Al Arab, awaits you for a mesmerizing photo shoot by the beautiful Jumeirah Beach. Moving on, the attractive Palm Jumeirah Island shaped as a large palm tree welcomes you with open arms for more ravishing memories of the Atlantis Hotel forming an inviting gateway to the spectacular Dubai Marina. We then drive you down the Sheikh Zayed Road for photo capture at the beautiful Palace of Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The close of the tour bequest you with a breathtaking view of the Dubai Mall acclaimed the world’s largest shopping center retaining the high spirited relaxing Dubai fountain in addition to the extraneous vista of the Burj Khalifa far famed to be the tallest man made building boasting the fastest lift facility, followed by drop back at your designated hotel.
Any cancellation of tour booking for whatsoever reason including but not limited to death, illness, accident or other miscellaneous reasons may attract cancellation charges. The refund amount is calculated as per standards are given below ;
Total refund up to 72 hours before the tour date
Zero refund after 72 hours and less to tour date.
Cancellation must be communicated to Expertise Travels in writing via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Cancellation may be done on all working days. If cancellation is done on a holiday, the same will be processed on the next working day. The refund procedure will take a window of 10 - 15 days. Cancellation is not provided on tour packages during festive seasons. Cancellation after the commencement of the tour will not receive any refund.
Expertise E-Commerce Travel & Tours Solutions Private Limited referred to as Expertise Travels / ET.
The client implies the Person / Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.
Infant implies a person below the age of 2 years.
Child implies a person between the age of two and twelve years.
Tour cost/price implies the amount mentioned in the Tour Cost/Price column in the brochure.
Third-party contractors imply owner/provider of Hotel / Airlines / Shipping company / Railway / Ferry boat / Houseboat / Transport / any other person or organization who has been selected by Expertise Travel to render services to the client or by the Client themselves.
Domestic tour / Tour arrangement implies a tour operated by Expertise Travels within India / Abroad and includes but not limited to brochure tours, special tours, packages, cruise, sightseeing, etc.
Expertise Travels specializes in organizing attractive and gratifying vacation planning. However, we do not own / control / operate any airline/shipping company / Transport / Hotel / Resort / House Boat / any other service that may be made available during the tour schedule. Hence Expertise Travels does not accept liability for any mechanical/technical fault leading to injury/death/loss/damage arising from third-party contractors outside our inspection/execution procedure.
Expertise Travels upholds the vision to provide our Clients with a hazard-free memorable vacation with zero harm/injuries/ risks to environment/asset. Best efforts are taken to ensure safety measures to counter any untoward incidents. However, Expertise Travels shall not be held responsible for risks/dangers beyond our control owning to hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas by road, rail, water, air or any other mode of transportation/forces of nature / political unrest / social unrest/terrorism/ accident, etc. Expertise Travels strives to extend support and care in case of illness at remote locations however shall not accept liability for the non-availability of adequate medical care in circumstances beyond our control.

The Client is expected to go through the tour prices displayed in our brochures/pamphlets/ website. A no-refund / no-transfer initial deposit along with a duly signed and completed booking form confirms booking for the tour package chosen by the Client. Full payment closure is expected to be made before the commencement of the tour/services. Any discrepancy/default in clearing the pending amount will lead to booking cancellation forfeiting any payment already made. The Management reserves the right to update package features inclusive of prices/nature of service/duration depending on prevailing circumstances. Seasonal demand on journeys - road/rail/ air or bookings - Hotels / Resorts / House Boats may require advance payment in full.
Mode of Payment
Various universally accepted methods of payment including Wire Transfer / Western Union Money Transfer / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS is supported for all online payments made. All cheques/demand drafts must be drawn in favor of ‘Expertise Ecommerce Travel & Tours Solutions Pvt Ltd’ and be notified at [email protected].A receipt will be generated for every payment made. Credit / Debit Card payments are accepted directly on our website, Paypal, payment link issued manually from Expertise Travels. The payment link can be shared via email, SMS, Whatsapp as per Client convenience.
Expertise Travels does not offer any sort of insurance coverage for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. The Client is advised to make necessary arrangements with regard to travel/accident/ medical insurance.
Our itineraries aim at drawing a fair sketch of the intended trip schedule, however various factors including weather, social circumstances, special requirements of Client, other unintentional/unavoidable hassle, etc. may dictate itinerary modification either before the tour or en-tour. The Management reserves the right to make amendments to the itinerary schedule as and when the need arises.
Conditions for Smooth Travel
All tour plans/packages offered have been carefully researched considering various factors favoring the smooth execution of the itinerary presented. Any request for modification/amendment from the Client / any third party shall not be entertained. The Client is expected to join the team at tour commencement failing which Expertise Travel shall not be liable to provide any refund. In the event that the tour is discontinued due to reasons including but not limited to disinterest, illness, death, loss of documents/valuables, Expertise Travels shall not be held liable to provide any refund. Any form of misconduct /abuse/intolerance on the part of the client shall not be tolerated and the tour schedule commitment stands liable for cancellation without any refund. Expertise Travels will not liable to provide assistance with regard to any sort of Travel / Health / Holiday Insurance. Any liability to Expertise Travels arising due to some unforeseen mishap/circumstances shall not exceed the total cost of the tour package. The management reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the pricing structure mentioned in the tour package in case of hike in Air/ Rail charges, seasonal supplier charges, fuel cost etc which shall be paid by the Client before commencement of the tour schedule. In the event of any type of grievances or complaints against Expertise Travels, the Client is entitled to initiate proceedings within 15 days from the date of tour schedule completion. Any claims thereafter shall not be entertained and Expertise Travels shall not be held responsible for any liabilities arising from this contract.
Accommodation / Hotel / Resort
The management reserves the right to make arrangements for alternate accommodation in case of non-availability or other unavoidable circumstances for which Expertise Travels shall not be liable to make any refund. A 24-hour window generally defines a days reservation at a Hotel / Resort, where infrequently check-in is at 1200 Hrs and check-out is at 1100 Hrs which may vary as per Hotel / Resort policies, however, an extended stay is subject to availability. Clients are expected to produce a valid Photo ID Card at the time of check-in. Please note PAN Card is not accepted. Rates vary depending on hotels and room types opted for. Any customization to the Hotel / Room category will reflect on the tour package pricing. Provision for an extra bed is subject to Hotel / Resort policy. Unless specified otherwise, all Hotels in Hill Stations are Non-A/C. However, upgrades to A/C rooms may be done directly at the hotel at Client cost subject to availability. Expertise Travels shall not be responsible for the loss of life/property at the Hotel.
Each Tour itinerary provides a meal plan in accordance with the general plan in the tour schedule. Meals are served as per policy at the chosen hotel/resort. Meals en route / during excursion are subject to availability of enroute local restaurants. Demands for special meal plans/diet plans will not be entertained. The Management reserves the right to make amendments to the meal arrangement as required by the circumstances. The Client forfeits their claim on missed / non-utilized meals.
The Client shall carry responsibility for any damage to hotel rooms or premises during the stay. Damage to any tour package resource including vehicle, fast boats, other accessories, etc., will attract liability for monetary compensation as demanded by the concerned provider.
Health & Safety Policy
The Client is expected to communicate in advance to the tour manager regarding any health issues that may need to be considered during the execution of the tour schedule. Expertise Travels does not take responsibility for any difficulty/damage caused due to any health condition that the Client may have. All tour itinerary and accompanying provisions such as accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities etc are made available with consideration to standard safety norms. Any third party services/provisions used by the Client will be at own risk and Expertise Travels shall not be held liable for any loss/damage caused by such arrangements. Any complaints that the Client may have to pertain to services taken from a third-party provider must be notified to Expertise Travels in writing for further investigation so as to avoid such inconveniences to future Clients.
Brochure accuracy is subject to information available at the time of print. The management reserves the right to make amendments on tour schedule based on newer, better research data/factors beyond our control including but not limited to natural turbulence like a flood, landslides etc; major road works, traffic blocks, Changes in Hotel / Resort management, Closedown, etc. Advance amendments will be communicated to the Client at the earliest however unforeseen last-minute amendments may be communicated through Tour Managers/representatives. The brochure contains information regarding the entire tour package like detailed itinerary, pricing policy, inclusions/exclusions, additional information if any.
Tours are offered as Family packages and Group Packages. All tour prices depend on various factors prevalent at the time of the vacation. Prices offered may vary between different Clients opting for the same package or among Clients choosing the same group package. Expertise Travels will not entertain any conflicts/speculations regarding the same.
Expertise Travels offer Air Conditioned Budgeted / Premium / Deluxe Sedan and Super Deluxe Premium Transit for all transfer and sightseeing as per the itinerary. The transportation includes services of an English/Hindi / Local language speaking driver along with a suitable vehicle including/excluding applicable govt. taxes, toll, parking, driver allowance, and fuel charge as per circumstantial demand / Expertise Travels policies. At no point during the tour package is the vehicle provided committed to staying in wait for the Client between tour modules. Expertise Travels commits reasonable care of Client luggage however the client is advised not to leave any high-value items when leaving the vehicle. Expertise Travels will not be responsible or liable for theft or robbery of the said items from the coach. All baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the Client at all times during the tour. The drivers of the vehicles enjoy certain privileges such as maximum driving hours per day/week, rest period during the day, etc. Clients are expected to adhere to the tour schedule in order to avoid any inconvenience to both the driver and the self. In the event that the client misses any sightseeing schedule due to delays caused by the client, no refund will be made under any circumstance. Please note that AC will not be offered in the Hills and no claims to this regard will be entertained.
Each tour package offered by Expertise Travels is distinct. Request for transfer from one tour package to another will be treated as a cancellation of that tour attracting cancellation charges as per our cancellation policy. After cancellation, the Client may book for a new tour package as per demand. Certain spots are seasonal / have weekly holidays / adhere to specific timings, Expertise Travels shall not be liable to pay any compensation in the event of such circumstances.
House Boat Services
Cruise day begins on check-in at 1200 hrs extending to 1730 hrs with a one-hour lunch break. The houseboat will remain idle during the lunch hour and will be anchored by 1730 hrs through the night until a morning cruise after 0800 hrs and check out at 0900 hrs. Meals including lunch, coffee/tea, snacks, dinner, and breakfast will be served on the houseboat. Traditional Kerala veg and non-veg meals will be served. Jain / North Indian / Continental / Chinese cuisines may be arranged subject to availability at additional cost to the Client. A/C will operate from 2100 hrs to 0600 hrs. In case A/C is available in the dining area, the operation will be in either bedroom or dining area at a time. Check-in time will not affect the check out the schedule. The management reserves the right to make amendments or terminate houseboat services at any time.
The contract between Expertise Travels and the Client becomes binding on receipt of the initial deposit at the time of booking.
In case of failure to make complete payment before tour commencement, Expertise Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund. In the event of tour termination by Expertise Travels, the Client is entitled to a full refund without interest. In the event that the required group strength is not reached, Expertise Travels reserves the right to pre-pone/postpone/ cancel the tour and the Client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Law & Jurisdiction
Any complaints/claims/ disputes of whatsoever nature relating to services rendered by Expertise Travels shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts/tribunals in Cochin, India. All tour packages/pricing systems are subject to the rules and regulations stipulated by the RBI / Govt. of India.
Disclaimer by Expertise Travels
Expertise Travel is under no obligation towards any physical injury or loss of life that the Client or any Tour Member may experience during the excursion activities including boat rides, ferry rides, trekking, wildlife expedition, etc. The client confirms his / her consent and medical fitness to participate in all activities offered in the tour package and accepts responsibility for any risk involved concerning his / her safety.
